“Hong Kong Open Data Index” has been prepared since late 2018– it can finally go public now!
The project was divided into two phases– phase I: Feasibility and Methodology Studies, and phase II: Hong Kong Open Data Assessment and Stakeholders Engagement.
Internet Society Hong Kong is going to host a press conference today, to introduce the project, and the results and recommendations from 2019/20 assessment.
